We Make

With what we grow, we experiment to make nutritious and delicious food. We have a wide variety of products, such as
  • Cookies and biscuits, using nachni and wheat with organic gud, which are high in iron and calcium.
  • We have a Solar Drier that uses technology patented by Bhabha Atomic Research Center, to make solar-dried products like methi, tulsi, pudina & curry leaves, and dried onions which retain their scent for months.
  • Ambadi is extremely rich in iron, magnesium, vitamins A and C, which we use to make
    • Ambadi leaf pickle (gongura pickle)
    • Ambadi energy concentrate
    • Ambadi Koot/Powder from dried flowers, which is tangy, tasty, and can be eaten alone or like chat masala.
    • Ambadi sun-dried candy
  • Tomato sauce
  • Dairy products like ghee, shrikhand, paneer
  • We have a mini Dal Mill to make our own dal
  • We get khadi made from our organically-grown desi cotton
